King, congrats on the Prince. In Georgia, we have this Hope Scholarship program that pays for college so, if this never works ... I don't like the delay on reporting, but if they are trying to finalize a deal on the bank or anything else as significant, I can see how things might be delayed. Perhaps that's wishful thinking on my part, but ... We'll see. Perhaps the delay will cause a dip back into the 9s, creating a buying opportunity? I'm only half way serious, but I did lighten up a little at 10 1/4 a few days ago (I had way too many shares from averaging down last Spring). Maybe I'll buy it back at 9 if I get the chance. Bob
