I wish Drudge would beef up his server. It must be so slow because every reporter and politician in the country is checking it 3 times a day.

Hillary veritas.

Remember a couple of years ago when Madame Hillary went to New Zealand on one of her goodwill tours?

Well, if you don't, she pulled a major Clinton.

Apparently wishing to ingratiate herself with her local audience, she asserted that she was named after the most famous Kiwi of them all, Sir Edmund Hillary, conqueror of Everest.

Well, it took a while but people started to think about what she had said and some things about her story did not add up.

The major thing that didn't square was that Sir Edmund scaled Everest some years after she was born! What made matters even worse was that Edmund Hillary had been an obscure beekeeper when his supposed namesake Hillary was born.

Now they know why the U.S. is called the home of the whopper.

Yes, William Safire had it dead on, congenital liar. Literally.

REMEMBER THIS:

Less than 50% of the eligible voters voted in the last election, and less than half of those who voted, voted for Clinton. Most of the rest voted for Dole or Perot.
