Not sure about this, But I do think the SPR buying oil at $70.00 puts in a big floor. For less than 65, I'd think that would only happen after the SPR is topped off. It is supposedly still being added to daily by those producing companies that pay the Government their royalties (which is paid in like kind (with a percent of the oil produced and pumped to the salt domes). I've read that is how they were filled in the first place. Good thought process. Thanks. Bob
