Typhoon, Jack Arnold emailed me his comments on the Reg. S issue : "We have not yet found someone to buy out the Reg. S holders' position. We are still hopeful this can be accomplished, but it will be a photo finish if we can. Our main thrust at this point is to procure capitalization for all future needs through private sources and we are in contact with individuals and groups who are more than capable of supplying the needed funds." - J.A. 02/04/98 Regards, Milk
