Jack and Janice, I too am a follower of Hunter Thompson, the man who invented Gonzo journalism. I thought he was dead, though. Is he? And as long as you're here, what do you know about David Frye, if anything? Holly

Jack-- Thanks for bringing me out of the Hunter Thompson Fan Club closet. Have you read Better Than Sex, his account of the 1992 presidential campaign? An absolute scream. His reports of encounters with Carville (who, I must admit, is as funny as Hunter) are hilarious. Not sure, though, that he meets Betty's standard of being "among the living". And do you happen to know: is he REALLY a doctor? If so, scary. Extremely scary. Janice
