Randomwalker, The litany of information on your post is very impressive. It sure seems from both the amount of confidence in the KRY longs and the amount of seemingly convincing data that KRY will win the legal battle. But I am still troubled by the simple question: If it is so obvious, why is there no decision? And please, longs, don't construe that to mean that I am a "shorter" or "in the PDG camp". I'm neither. It just concerns me when everything seems so obvious, why is the issue still pending? Could there be something we are missing?
