That makes sense and a reasonable solution. One of the big reasons the Silicon Valley, started by HP, is SO successful is HP would hire new engineers right out of college so they could get the freshest, newest ideas, often by people too young "to know better" who would stumble into great things. It is a very hard culture to duplicate where you have to start with the top students from the top engineering schools... From last night's news, It sounds like Musk figured this out and brought back the official Tesla Research Center to another of our (HP) old buildings on Stanford land in Palo Alto.
