How do you like my English grammar (not bad for a Russian operative, eh?)
h_, You are not going to deceive Tiger that easily. He or she knows that the Russians (Boo! Hiss!), because they are loaded with dough (unlike our own meager ability to go 30 Trillion dollars in “debt”), can easily afford to not only pay posters on SI to post their propaganda (unlike the complete and unvarnished truth we get from our “democratic collectivist” health authorities), but can also pay to have their posts scrubbed of Russian sounding grammar before you, h_, post them on this thread. This is the rascally Russians master plan to win what has now become a U.S./Russia war (yay war!). Stymied by the U.S. refusal to discuss a diplomatic resolution, in which the Russians would easily defeat us (because they are so rascally), the Russians know that the only way to win the war is on the investment threads of SI, where their paid operatives can operate, in their rascally ways, by not sounding Russian. But, nice try, Comrade. :-)

but to suggest they're suddenly having a massive effect on doctors
It's clearly more likely than the implications that vaccines are somehow involved in doctor deaths.

That's why I guessed you are from St. Petersburg. Moscow residents have much poorer grammar. Actually to be exact it's your handlers that I guess are from Russia. You may have answered a "work from home" deal in the US. That would mean that your policy statements are colored by the russian influenced ideas since you repeat what they want you to repeat, but it's entirely possible that you are typing from a basement in the USA.
