Rocky, remember, I'm now the resident bear, not you. Regarding the Nomai decision, I have to disagree with you. The stock won't tank tomorrow. But, go ahead and sell your stock anyway. It can't be anything but helpful to the rest of us.

Iomega will be at the Goldman conference tomorrow. They'll have plenty to say about the litigation (since it will probably be the 2nd question asked of them). The first of course will be "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, SPLITTING A $20 STOCK YOU IDIOT!!!!!!"

Rocks in your head-

<<For once, the courts have made the right decision in lifting the Nomai ban-- one that benefits the consumer over the interests of a greedy, customer-hostile company.>>

What a ridiculous comment...you have as much class as the patent infringing company you are defending....I hope you do sell out and stay out....

It will take time but IOM will be vindicated even in the sick court circumstances we find ourselves....

Of course Nomai can sell cheaper, copying is cheap....

....Don't let the door hit you in your rocky rear....could cause a brain hemorrhage...

Mike

RE: Rocky's Bailing?

Rocky,

>> That's it, I'm out tomorrow no matter what. Iomega will finally have the coffin nail driven into its head in the market once this news sets in. This stock is a fleabag. <<

Are you still bailing today? You promised!

Don't let the door hit you...
