I am familiar with two things: (1) no one here has produced a shred of evidence to indicate wrongdoing by Mr. Raabe or anyone else; and (2) the facts I have been able independently to verify, such as the stellar career in the apparel industry of Mr. Holcombe, are evidence that this deal is above board. I am not acquainted with Mr. Raabe--the only thing I know about him really is that he took on the apparently thankless task of trying to rescue Quality Products at an horrendous time, and that he had the good sense to bring on Bruce Weaver to finish the task.
