Gary

Do you know when the ASND shareholder's meeting is?

Since they are a calendar Y/E company, I'm thinking middle of March, which means that notice of meeting could be in preparation now.

Might one of the items on the agenda be a proposed merger or would that have to be separately disclosed in an SEC filing?

I'm obviously getting a little frothy here re: a merger in the offing? Could the proxy statement being prepared be a source of the merger mania?

I've been through a couple of non-SEC tender offers while in banking, but i'm a lost ball in tall weeds when it comes to the finer points of SEC company corporate governance procedures.

I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Ciao,

Daniel

From my analysis of open interest, the option pressure on ASND is downward. I would say the rally yesterday was fundamentally driven, and the dropoff at the end was the MMs firing their first shot.
