Part (a LARGE PART) is that we are democracy .. I (in Canada) frankly pay a bit extra to get faster service.. because I can.. *but no one is left behind...* Those Canucks in US hospitals mind you AT THE EXPENSE of US citizens because it limits their access, taxpayers all NOT getting the care that a Canuck with dough got.. Himmmm.. see how politics plays LOL recall I said socialism which is good REQUIRES CAPITALISM which is part of the BASIC human instinct .. altruism also but rightfully less.. as we would all die
