No, sorry, but you haven't done these things-- you haven't detailed what you believe was done under his leadership. Go back and read the SEC Consent decree which TideGlider posted earlier this evening at Post 590. You will see that you are misunderstanding the SEC action--all the fraudulent conduct alleged is that of the board that Mr. Raabe ousted. NO CHARGES were brought against Mr. Raabe. (The Company was faulted for not being current in its SEC filings, but that happens all the time when new management can't yet establish all of the allegedly bogus dealings of a previous management team).

Once again, your "facts" are INCORRECT. The SEC action was taken on activity that occurred in 1994. As LPasko already advised you, this was months before Mr. Raabe came on board.

Stop your innuendo using incorrect information and assumptions. Simply using the words "would seem" does not excuse you nor does it lend itself to being factual.
