Actually, talk as we do about SEC filings and any other thing that might come up (like a website frantically under construction).....the real issue is this (IMO)........

-------------------------------------------

If TVSI is for real, the promoters are very stupid in that they announced the reverse merger before they could back it up with solid information to sustain the jump in price. (they are trying to do that now with the web site mentioned above.......under construction).

If it is not for real, they did a very smart thing....they enlisted a person that they knew would help their cause....they give this person about two weeks lead time to start spreading the upcoming news to a few cronies....then one day (just ONE day..is this a coincidence?) before the news release from the company, this person comes on the thread (this person would have created it if it hadn't already existed) and makes a few leading posts...then the press release occurs (on a Friday, no less)...which allows this person to hype the stock over the entire weekend and get some people all worked up.

The MM's see this (or are told) and they raise the ask price at the opening catching all of those suckers that enter market orders .......the price jumps radically on Monday and the insiders jump out for a huge profit. This is all very carefully planned.....IMO.

Can anyone possibly think that this all just happened by accident? Yes, a few do and they start hammering on the nays as being the ones responsible for this thing going back into the tank.

I think this is how it happens....only my opinion....but the pattern seems to be consistent.

Hammer away.

Any thoughts?
