I agree with your points, but what if not?

Even your assumption is right that President Clinton is guilty of what you said, his decency and dignity as a human being should be protected and respected.

I do believe most of the American people including me won't approve what you said about President Clinton, but we are not entitled to assault his decency and dignity and gossip his personal private life.

Just think about that what you will feel when people deny your basic decency and dignity (BTW, decency is not about standards, is about a human being can not be treated in an inhuman way, e.g., nobody should be forced to be a spy in his family for the government) as a human being just because you break the law or rule.
