For me, what I care about is what interest rate I get on my cash. I can't find that easily on their web site.

Some on TV said many did their personal banking there via wealth management services. I can't find what rates they were paying either. All they say is "Competitive interest rates."

I search the page for "Fiduciary" and came up blank.

Perhaps they took advantage that people managing startups are too busy to search for better rates with a lower cost fiduciary... then again, the big banks rake in the bucks selling crappy products (often annuities) to the clueless who don't demand a fiduciary relationship with their banker advisors or learn to do it themselves.

It looks like the head of "Risk Management" at Silicon Valley Bank had two many other things on her plate that distracted her.
