Tom:

Assuming 79.3MM shares outstanding and KKR to own 19.9% of Oxford for 300MM, Oxford needs to issue 19.7MM additional shares.Total outstanding will then be 99MM.

Assuming present value of stock to be $20, market cap is 1,586MM (79.3X20)The new market cap will then be 1,886MM (1586+300).

Per share data from above would be 1,886/99=$19.05. Additionally, Oxford is taking on debt of 300/99=$3.03 per share. Accordingly, under KKR proposal, Oxford share is worth $16.02 (19.05-3.03).

Balance this dilution with liquidity and prospect of restructuring you have a Company with positive outlook. I will add to my equity at $16 or lower.

Best regards.

Premier

Hello Tom,

I track several stocks here at SI. It only takes an individual or two to make a thread a valuable resource. Many thanks for the posts you have made to the OXHP thread - I find your posts to be both informative and insightful.

Long OXHP (although sometimes wondering why)
