China kills a lot of criminals for minor offensives. Wouldn't be surprised if China had work camps to go along with their reeducation camps.

Doren, How many more prisons and bureaucrats do you think we need? See, that's the problem. California thinks that, in order to reduce the prison population, we need to prosecute fewer criminals and let them serve just 1/2 of their jail sentence. It's part of the reason why crime is skyrocketing and becoming more brazen, in broad daylight. "If we don't prosecute the criminals, we'll have fewer criminals and fewer people in jail." Tenchusatsu
