August: In reviewing both the SEC filings and the plpt.com web page, looks as if $20million has been invested by Microsoft, Chancellor and the others. This was completed during December and January.

The way I read the SEC is they purchased preferred shares convertible to 10 shares of common stock. The purchase price was $7.50 per preferred or will convert at $.75.

Would think at the $2.00 plus price of the shares now, once they are convertible we could see one hell of a lot of action, down, on this stock. However, why would GTE take the platform nationwide or Microsoft place an officer on the board of directors if this was a simple money play?

This should really get interesting.
