Just received a letter from home insurance co. I have "replacement" policy using purchase price. They suggested I UP from the original policy limit. Market says I need to UP $90K over original replacement cost I found out it was "replacement" at purchase price after getting policy. Learn something new every day. Costs me $40 more for the year.
