I have Acuity in Wisconsin,

They raise the replacement value almost every year.

I added a commercial building and insured it at my cost less land value.

An adjuster came out more than a year later, and I had to increse my coverage by 90,000 (the land basically).

They keep you well covered, but it does usually involve a premium bump.

Building materials have gone up.
