It’s all over the net. Shooter was a male with serious mental illness. There’s more of them all over social media.

Thanks. It is hard (oh my) to deal with this and not offend someone. I just heard the black sheriff for the city/county refer to the shooter on our local news replay as "her" and not them/they...

I also read early this AM that "he/she" refered to him/herself as a "he" on "his" current, active LinkedIn page where "he" was looking for work. SO, if he wanted a job, he was a he... makes sense if experienced as he might get more pay but here in CA they would bend over backwards to hire more qualified females so identifying as female here would be more profitable.

I don't have a problem if a man dresses and acts like a woman and wants to be called "she/her" and the same in reverse.

What I did and do have a problem with is being required to memorize pronouns STOLEN from regular language to talk to someone who seems more interested in finding reasons to be offended than trying to fit into society.

I told a gay Asian gal I mentored for many years while she was working her way up from a teller to a high level technology person (at several of the very top tech companies...) while getting her BS and MBA degrees that I enjoyed hanging out with her since we had a very common interest, looking at beautiful women. Back then, maybe in 2004, Taiwanese had to be in the closet but now the government is accepting... so I had to protect the identity of her girlfriends from Taiwan just to be safe... Her father didn't accept her for who she was so she took me to a father's day lunch once.... but once she started to make a lot of money, he came around...

They/them mean multiple people thus calling a single person they/them would to me imply they have multiple personalities and were thus suffering from mental illness. Clearly that is not their intention. Trans people should make up or find their own, new pronouns to maybe imply their gender chromosomes and parts do not match their brain chemistry.

There there is Harry Styles... how did it get so complex?
