He wasn't tried and convicted. He was bullied into pleading guilty because his alternative was to sit in solitary for another year before a trial. And now there is exculpatory evidence, so he may be able to get this expunged if he goes through with an appeal.

I just think it's funny that Tucker is showing all this evidence that defendants can use. Tucker. Tucker. LOL.

You were the one who claimed that he was "innocent," even though it's a fact that he was tried and convicted in a court of law.

TenQuck doesn't know that innocent people are convicted every day.
