My CapX stocks like AMAT and LRCX: Their business models are far superior now. They outsource a lot of variable cost such as machining parts AND they have a huge service business to keep existing machines running. So they usually now make money during downturns, just a lot less, compared to losing a ton with huge write offs to lay off machinists, etc. only to hire them back in a year.
