War usually is good news for the "arms dealers"

I prefer the arms dealers (aka picks and shovel makers) in the SOX... it does seem like some like NVDA are "richly valued" and the hated Intel has had a HUGE bounce percentage wise off its decade plus low. I think MU is also up a ton...

So you might be right on a short term basis.

I shorted SOX 2 days ago. This is a tactical trade.
Loads of money to be made taking profits or shorting near tops then buying back for the next run... if you can get the short then buy back correct.

Me... much easier to trade around a core position because if I'm too early when it goes up, I just take more profits. Then I plan to scale back in over 2 or three buys but if there is only one opportunity to buy back... I can live with that too since I follow an asset allocation model.
