The OSC here in Canada has suspended all the ARK funds. Why did they not provide proper disclosure? Emerge ARK Global Disruptive suspended by OSC 2023-04-10 19:41 ET - Cease Trade/Suspend Company A cease trade order (CTO) was issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on April 7, 2023, against Emerge Canada Inc. funds, as shown in the attached table. The CTO was issued due to Emerge not filing the following periodic disclosure required by the securities legislation of Ontario: Audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022; Annual management report of fund performance for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022.
