Park anywhere on the lawn. Wait for friend to announce he needs to cut the grass and then move vehicle to subdivision lawn. Move vehicle back to the yard after friend is done.

We have two types of pelicans in North America...

The American white pelican (Pelecanus erythrorhynchos)

These are the iconic birds of my childhood at our lake cabin in Minnesota. How I loved watching them soar high in the blue sky on updrafts over a nearby glacial moraine! White pelicans are larger than the brown pelicans breeding in southern coastal areas, and they feed on the water surface instead of diving underwater. I often saw them feeding at our end of the lake when the winds were calm.
