<<According to my calculations, an extra 11+ million shares will be on the market
tomorrow>>

Senior Management owns 48% of the shares outstanding. Lockout would end technically Wednesday. About two weeks ago the WSJ Interactive addition carried an article quoting senior management that no one intended to sell any large blocks of shares at this time. We can always hope they do though, so I can buy at a lower price.

interesting; in other words, all the corporate officers, venture capitalists and institutional holders will dump their shares in ONSL at once. given the performance of AOL, YHOO and many others it is more likely that 95% of these shares will be held as has been the case at YHOO, LCOS, AOL etc. i think what you mean to say is that a portion of the 11 million could be sold into the market if the holders so desired to sell. or maybe they'll drop the price considerably so I can buy ONSL real cheap. here's to hoping.
