The company is delinquent in their financials filing. According to Rudy they had been working with the exchange and were actually somewhat surprised by the cease-trade. They had been having some problems with getting the year-end financials done, as a result of some issues with the Indian and Zambian information. They have started the financials for this last quarter and were apparently under the impression that if they had them filed properly by month's end, that they would be OK. Obviously NOT the case. Rudy indicated that getting them completed ASAP is now company priority #1. He was not expecting that there would be any other problems besides the cease-trade itself and he felt that would be dealt with in short order.

In the mean time the company is apparently represented at a large trade show in the US and is expecting to generate additional sales contracts/marketing agreements thru that venue. Rudy seemed to expect that by the next quarter's result we would start to see things turn around in a more quantifiable manner. Obviously, sales, earnings etc., would be a good thing.

I hope this has been of some use/interest. Vantage may be turning the corner, but they have proven they are not there yet.

Salut,
Leigh McBain

Dear VEC shareholders re: STB.V. Please check out Stanford Energy Corp. The top trader on Vancouver Thursday, and rising in price (now 95 cents). They have a 20,000 acre property in California (just recently purchased) that apparently has a huge potential for light crude oil. Insiders are buying like crazy. They drill in 8 weeks, and have earnings on their 387 wells already. If you like the chart, do your due dilligence and call me at 604-685-9316. Thank you, Mike Dowling.
