Jeff,

Interesting thoughts. Thanks for introducing them.

Why do you think they're less of a speculation than the other ideas?

Linda

JB--You hit the keyword, more debasement! Don't forget, this is the same management team that gave you the idiotic "Swiss" thing.

You most likely remember when the common was less than a buck, and the warrants could be had @ 3/16? I remember they ran to 2 bucks.

Jeffrey- Your post wins the audacity of the year award! I wondered when the subject would first be breached of lowering the exercise price. What do you think would be a fair price? $1?...$2? Surely 'loyal JMAR investors' have a right to expect an exercise price lower than the prevailing price being paid by those dimwits who insist on paying full price for the common. Don't you think?

How could we convince the company to go along with it? Hey... we could tell them that an exercise at $2 would provide them with $5.4 million that they wouldn't get if they left the exercise where it is. Yeah...and we could say that all the common holders are also warrant holders and that it would be a nice way for them to reward their 'loyal shareholders' with a little something extra for their patience and support. What company wouldn't want an extra few million and we've already seen they have a soft side for those dimwits, er I mean common stock holders.

Wow...this is great! Last week we were able to pick these babies up for 6 cents each now they're already selling for 40 cents. If we could get them to lower that exercise price they could jump to 1 or 2 dollars each! That would be a...uh...uh...I don't have enough fingers or toes but that would be a lot of a percent increase!!! And to top it off arbitrage would tend to drive the common price down to the exercise price and when it is all said and done we'll be able to buy even more of the common dirt cheap! America! I love this country!

Please excuse the sarcasm. It has become apparent to me that no amount of effort will persuade anybody on this board to alter their position either way. I therefore intend to draft a letter to Mr. Martinez detailing my concerns on this issue.

You say you don't own the common but I notice you didn't deny ownership of the warrants. Have you touched them with your ten foot pole?

Dale
