Dale, as far as I am concerned the warrants are probably a done deal. My opinion is that JMAR has already decided on the future strike price and long-term expiration of the warrants. It probably is not up for discussion and already in the works. The two months will give them the time they need to make the necessary changes with the SEC, etc., in regards to the changes. I am extremely happy that JMAR will choose the equity route to financing and not the DEBT route.

I have seen too many companies that make one mistake and they are down the toilet. But companies that are flush with cash and finance with equity have second and third chances. I would much rather have $12 million + in the bank. It would make me feel much safer and I would sleep better. Debt financing is no answer. The management made a wise and sound business decision, not one pressured by shareholders.
