I think you are jumping to conclusion. I agree with (I think Dale) that those holding the warrants are being given 60 days to dump them.
You have to consider the units and agreement that JMAR has with the Swiss. I doubt that they would allow an exercise price below what their units are intended. Or will JMAR lower the call price on them.

I think JMAR needs to hire an investment firm with knowledge of what needs to be done.

If I had to make the decision, the warrants would be left to go to zero.
I just hope that we won't have so much discussion on the warrants for the next sixty days or I might have to remove this thread from my book mark. Boring.
