Is the real estate declining in value? Wondering if those interest only mortgages represent a potential growing loss? A lot of tax payers moving out ,with a lot of illegal immigrants walking in. Sounds like bad combination. One illegal immigrant shot 5 people in the town I owned part of the Chevrolet dealership in Cleveland Tx. Very large Hispanic population there. Bob

Blog post: Monday, May 01, 2023 FRC First Republic Bank Fails - JPMorgan Chase Buys Assets kirklindstrom.blogspot.com This is the second largest bank failure in history, only Silicon Valley Bank's March 10, 2023 failure was larger. The FDIC estimates this will cost them about $13B which I expect them to recover with higher fees on banks which they will pass on to us with lower rates on savings.
