BC,
Both his statements are correct.
No they aren't.

But hey, I noticed that even the NYTimes fell for the misconception that a "hypersonic" missile is any missile that travels faster than Mach 5.

(I don't have a link, because of course, Democracy Dies Behind Paywalls ...)

It's official now. The "invincible" Kinzhal HYPErsonic missile has been intercepted by the Patriot:

Ukraine Says It Shot Down Russian Kinzhal Missile for First Time - Bloomberg

RuZZia and the PooTin cucks will probably deny the news, but they can't escape the truth.

Hence they'll probably save their Kinzhals for targets that are less likely to be under the protection of Ukraine's new Patriot defenses, such as along the battlefront.

And even then, given how expensive each Kinzhal missile is likely to be, the target better be worth it. Like a HIMARS or something of similar value.
