Look at CIO; selling 70% BELOW BV

I went through their last report. FFO positive and FCF positive EVERY Quarter for over 5 years. Debt not an issue w/ refinance spread out, Tenants lease renews look good, capital investments continue that make tenants renew; mixed use so have retail, office and multi-unit housing.

Another 10 % add today at $4.81/share. Selling vol at 1x ADV and earnings last week which had FFO only come in $0.01/share lower than expected.

Stock is crashing like it may go BK

I dont really understand the business tyson is in . did pork prices fall because of reduced demand from china?
what struck me recently is the huge divergence between some protein prices at the local supermarket. chicken breast on sale for under $2 lb but cooked wings are $8 a lb and deli turkey breast as much as $10 a lb.
