Who is your broker? If you had received verification of your order than I would talk to your broker and demand he fill the order at your price from the current market.

I made some all or none trades where my dumb broker split the shares and I held him to my order and in both cases he sold or filled at the better price. Just demand what is yours. The difference of $400 is easlier for them to absorb than you.
