$400,000 private placement Kensington Resources Ltd KRT Shares issued 23,966,435 Feb 12 close $0.39 Fri 13 Feb 98 News Release Mr David Stone reports The company has arranged a private placement of units at $0.30 for total proceeds of $400,000. Each unit will consist of one share and a warrant to purchase an additional share for one year for $0.35. The proceeds will be used for financing exploration programs in Saskatchewan as well as general working capital. A cash finder's fee will be paid.
