Yet More Nomai Tidbits included in the previously linked news.com story: "This is a huge victory for the consumer," said Nomai attorney Jeff Kingston, of Brobeck, Phleger, and Harrison. "It's going to give the consumer a choice.", I wholeheartedly agree.

RE: Bottom at 8 or at 9? I've been expecting IOM to retrace its recent lows (to around 8), but am becoming more and more convinced that it won't. I have bought back 3/4 of my trading shares now. I'd rather miss a point here than miss the launch later. I made about 3/4 point trading on the recent slide, but I'm not going to get greedy. Certainly would like to hear more from Truff, Linda, E., Ben, and the others who have a much better understanding of TA. - Michael Coley - wwol.com
