Typical of dictator types like Putin and Trump to exaggerate for propaganda advantage. 2) I've always thought that when anti-missile defenses were banned by SALT that was a mistake. Liberals argued that "you can't shoot down 50,000 bombs" ... True BUT: You can shoot down a missile launched by mistake or by a renegade or a nut like Kim (Trump's friend) thereby preventing a total nuclear wars and saving a whole city with millions of people.
