I've ignored those requests... hard to say I was harmed with all the money I made in that stock and look for news induced volatility to help. I think only crappy traders could lose money in that deal. There is some suit with HP spinoffs and such that I've also ignored and I read in an alumni forum you get about $5 per 100 shares if approved and their estimates of how the settlement is spread... I told my GF that has some shares that she is welcome to fill out the tons of paperwork to make lawyers richer and maybe get $3 someday for the effort.
