And said a mouthful. Your health records are open also to your employer, should you have one, if the employer or potential employer wants to take a peek. Most people's health insurance is tied to their employment, a sad state of affairs. And best not get me started on the Medical Information Bureau, a heretofore little known entity housed in Massachusetts.

"Privacy and How to Protect What's Left of It," By Robert Ellis, is a must read. He has a newsletter and, I believe, a website.
