The worst I can see for Trump is that he was non responsive to a document subpoena. If they subpoenaed all documents marked "classified" and he didn't give all of them, they have case. Usually this would result in a citation and/or fine.

If they charge him with a violation of the espionage act, they need to prove he intended to give national defense information to a foreign government. That's a pretty high burden, especially if it's a total lie.

I don't believe it will be tomorrow, cuz the police haven't been put on alert.
After the non-event that was the last indictment, I don't think the police need to be put on high alert.
