"The worst I can see for Trump is that he was non responsive to a document subpoena."

OK. You'll have a vision test in the next few weeks, or months. Meanwhile, in the other case,

It's taken a long time to get evidence and testimony on oily/slippery Ol' Yellow, like it was to get Al Capone, but that's how these things work... little by little the conspirators in any crime group crumble and give testimony, each one makes everyone else less safe from the truth.

At this point I can see so many charges against Ol' Yeller he's gonna lose more than one, maybe a lot. I can see multiple convictions, lots of appeals...

It might solidify his core, but around the edges of the of his core are crumbling too and the percentage of independents who held their noses to vote for Ol' Yeller in the general elections are increasingly sick of his extremism and having a harder and harder time glossing over his constant lies.

The more convictions the worse it'll be for Ol' Yeller and I'm guessing Republicans who've kissed up to him, like Kari Lake and Ted Cruz and his ugly wife.

Bill,
If they charge him with a violation of the espionage act, they need to prove he intended to give national defense information to a foreign government.
Not necessarily. Jack Texiera, the Call of Duty n00b, can claim that he never intended to give national defense information to a foreign government.

"All I wanted to do was win an argument on Discord! I swear I never intended for this to be an international incident!"

On the other hand, James Comey invented the #hillarypass for "extreme carelessness":

If I were Trump's defense lawyer, I'd pound on that like it's Mia Khalifa.

I change my mind about Trump using the #hillarypass defense.

It might have worked had Trump initially turned over all classified material to the federal government.

But when the feds came back and discovered more docs, it just got much harder to argue "extreme carelessness," which forms the core of the #hillarypass.

I think Trump will finally be nailed on obstruction of justice.

And the only way he'll avoid jail time is if he plea bargains, which he is utterly incapable of because of his massive hubris.

It’s all bs. Trump had plenary power to declassify everything. The espionage act (1917) predates our current classification system. All the docs were packed up by the gsa not Trump.

They will stop at nothing to get Trump who is clearly the #1 opposition candidate that will destroy all their wet dreams of power.

Nancy Mace revealed to Harris Faulkner that each Biden family member received $5 million from Burisma. That includes the man trying to jail Trump on the day the doc was finally turned over by bidens stasi.

Truly ufb.
