Darrell,

Your comments are very sound and interesting.

When we talk about growth - are we talking Revenue (which is what the company is touting) or are we talking about Profits?

Even as H&Q gives a buy rating they predict .65 loss this year vs.
a .12 profit in 1999. At that rate how many years to regain even 1997 and 1998 losses.

Some contributors to the thread are predicting 1 Billion in revenue by 2000 or 2001. You must agree that that growth rate will be extremely difficult to manage while also creating additional costs for infrastructure that will put near time pressure on profits- again even with revenue growth - it will be 5 ot 7 years before even the best case scenario could hope to pull this company to the type of Profit necessary needed to justify its market capitalization.

I smelled blood in the water back in the November time frame & shorted
the stock only to find the lockup was extend(??) to 2 days after the earnings announcement. They announced yesterday, so here I am. As for the others, GREAT MINDS think alike :)

Did management say that no one will EVER sell?? I believe that there will be an orderly distribution(sell) of the shares. I'm willing to wait a month or two.

Good luck & wear your life jacket !
