This is a BB stock and it cannot be shorted. The spike was from speculation that something big was happening. TG

I don't know about your figure of 90% but you are right many investors lose in the market, in penny stocks the figure is especially high. When someone loses, guess who wins ? Penny stock fraud isn't benefiting the swift it is benefiting manipulators, be they promoters, insiders or marketmakers. Recent articles in Business Week and leading papers have talked about infiltration of the mob into Wall Street, it seems they easiest point of entry is in the penny stock market..
