I've already given my solutions to the problem, but no one wants to implement them because it's "too cruel." Manzanar was grossly unfair for innocent incarcerated ethnic Japanese Americans in WWII. Could be just the ticket though, for deadbeat junkies, looters and criminals who refuse to clean up their act. Round 'em up and ship 'em out. There's plenty of room for camps out in the boonies.. Oh yes, and build more funny farms for the incurable mental cases..

we have a big homeless problem up here too, drug users,ones with mental problems, they camp out in parks, they get kicked out,they move to another park. I don't know what the answer is, their not starving, they get welfare checks. I've always thought if your physically and mentally able to work no free money long term, down on their luck, short time OK. abused women or women with kids is an exception. I worked all my life I never asked or got a free ride.
