One method is to compare the ratios of the two...

You have to be careful to handle dividends correctly...

I'm not sure why Stockcharts doesn't track the Russell 2000 index... probably because it charges too high a fee for the data but you can ask them to add the ticker. I think I asked a long time ago...

"VTWO:IWM" compares two ETFs on Stockcharts.

The ratio should indicate tracking quality as well as difference in expense ratios.
