NVR imo is the best of the bunch, last year I managed to pick up a few shares in the low 4s. Looking back, wish I would've swung for the fence.

Still - one would have to look a little deeper than this to work out whether this really is the start of the new housing cycle. I still don't know and am happy staying on the side-lines until I've figured it out.

After all, if it the beginning of a new housing boom, you can afford to be a little patient.
