Seth, RB, Judith, and all. Happy Valentines' Day. Had to leave yesterday to begin the first round of my appreciation to my wife. Tonight, the second round.

Have a good weekend, best to all, and thanks for the humor!

<<It is my opinion that you might want to refocus your concerns and redirect your efforts on what the future holds for the representative of the website known as Valuespec.com.>>

Raleigh, I challenge you to offer your information on the WCOM deal as from the view of WCOM representatives, and this is how you respond?

If you have something good to share, why would it be such a burden to share what was said to you from WCOM? Really, RB, if you are sincere about having done a lot of research on FTEL, and really like what you found, I don't understand why you don't take these opportunities to shares your knowledge with the thread.

If I find that WCOM has wonderful things to say about the significance and/or difficulty of getting a collocation agreement with FTEL, I will post it here and maybe even buy a lot of stock. However, if I find that WCOM does not look at the deal as favorably as you seem to, then I will certainly report what I found and what I concluded from that research.

If you and vic, and Ray, etc., all have done so much research, why are my questions a problem? It makes me think you are afraid of the answers. I will give names and phone numbers of everyone who gives me permission at WCOM. I will document my findings just like I did with Franks' shares.

Is that not fair? Are not my posts in valuespec.com fair? What would you like me to remove? If the information you point out to me is inappropriate I may remove it, or perhaps I'll remove it anyway as a good gesture.

I'm not here to trash FTEL. I'm here to learn and share ideas about a stock, just like everyone else, albeit I have the opposite opinion of it.

Also, I would ask that you stop calling me names. Thank you !

RB,

I find it hard to believe that, here we are within two weeks of the shareholders' meeting and, if you listen to the naysayers, Frank's going to be entertaining us with 'shadow rabbits' for the whole meeting. As Kramer would say, geocities.com Frank set up the meeting and wouldn't have if he didn't have a LOT to say! It is Franklin's intention to get to know all of us and make us feel at home. There's going to be some real cutting edge technology at the SHM. Get fired up!!

Second Point: Another important CT Expo is coming up in three weeks. Nothing to get excited about? Thousands of potential customers will be there. Now that we have honest to God customers that are using the product, we have testimonials....'go over to Booth 421 and talk to them about our product'...etc. A couple of 'in-your-face' events coming up, if you ask me. To paraphrase Eisenhower, 'The business plan is nothing, business planning is everything.'

Finally, anyone stop and consider what selling 7 Tempests the last week in January did for the bottom line? Look how easy it is to leave the last quarter in the dust.

RB,

Just a quick and public THANK YOU for the incredible research, time, and job you do here in helping folks such as myself stay focused on FTEL as an investment and going concern.

You truly are a gentleman in the recent face of adversity...
