I guess after Boracay, the high humidity of Florida summers will be a piece of cake. Now and then it freezes in Florida so I think the weather is nearly perfect in the Oakland and Berkeley hills, but you certainly get much, much more house for the money in Florida. Will you buy or rent there? It is interesting how you are going from one political extreme to the other... if you believe the news about Florida. And remember not to say "gay" in schools... Good luck!
